Why did you pick Martello?
Upon the completion of my university education, I meticulously explored job opportunities. Martello immediately emerged as the most compelling and intriguing option. What particularly captivated my interest was the prospect of joining a startup poised to revolutionise a process often perceived as insurmountable due to entrenched conventions. My enthusiasm for this prospect was further ignited when I attended a lecture by an influential guest speaker who emphasised the importance of becoming disruptors in the professional world, stoking my passion for this potential. During my research, I found a comment from one of Martello's employees who aptly described the company as "disruptive."

What are your three areas of accountability?
Data wrangling, researching new topic areas for our reports and upskilling our overseas team.
What’s your favourite part of the job so far?
Undoubtedly, the constant influx of new challenges and the inherent variety in my tasks.
What is the next big thing for you within Martello?
My next big undertaking involves delving into the realm of coding to enhance our efficiency in data imports. The goal is to automate various aspects of the import process, which will ultimately render my current data import role redundant.
