Martello’s interactive environmental reports are now fully integrated within ProConvey, giving conveyancers instant access to live, refreshable risk data. Including flood risk, contamination, and planning constraints, all from within their existing workflow.

This integration marks another step toward modernising environmental due diligence, removing the friction of static PDFs, and helping firms keep their checks valid through to exchange.
